Log data. When you use Clevio, our servers record information (“log data”), including information that your browser or mobile application sends automatically. The log data includes your IP address (used to approximate your location), search queries, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you use Clevio, cookie data and device information. Device info. In addition to the log data, we collect information about the device from which you log in to Clevio, including the type of device, operating system, settings, unique device identifiers and failure data that help us understand the cause of the failure.
Data on visits and conclusions. When you interact with Clevio, we use the information about your actions along with the information that you provided when you first registered to draw conclusions about you and your preferences.

Clevio is a platform for creating online courses. Using our products or services, you authorize us to transfer and store information outside of your country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this Policy. Laws protecting privacy and government access rights to your personal information in such countries may not comply with similar laws in your country.

This also applies to any persons with whom we share your information, as well as to those who provide services on our behalf. If we no longer need to use your information and store it in accordance with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will either remove this information from our systems or we will remove personal information so that you cannot be identified.
Children under 13 years old are not allowed to use Clevio. If you are a resident of the EEA, you are only allowed to use Clevio when you reach the age at which you can consent to the processing of data in accordance with the laws of your country. If you find out that your children are using Clevio and don’t want them to do so, contact us.

Request access to your personal data that we collect and store. We usually provide this information within 30 days after a request sent through the Help Center.
Object to our processing of your information. You can ask us to stop processing your data, including when we use it to send you promotional letters. If you refuse advertising messages from us, you may still receive updates and letters about your activity in the system. For example, when you start a course, about buying a course, about passing the middle of the course, and about completing the course.

We may change this policy from time to time. In this case, we will post the changes on this page. If you continue to use Clevio after the changes take effect, this will mean that you agree to the new policy.
